Advance Fitness Boot Camp - Mandurah is designed to help you to blast your fitness, strength and body transformation goals! Enjoy a highly motivating team training environment that is as much fun as it is effective. Our program can be modified for those with injuries and varying fitness levels, allowing anyone and EVERYONE to achieve the benefits. You don't need to be fit to start the Boot Camp!!
We conduct fitness testing every 6 weeks, so that you have a clear picture of your results and how much your strength and fitness has improved. You also have the option of a weight assessment if your goal is to lose body fat/change shape. We will also discuss your eating habits and give some guidance on what you should be eating and drinking. If you can commit to our exercise program, eat the recommended foods you will get amazing results!
